Leroy is an experienced Investigator that has conducted hundreds of criminal and civil investigations in his 37 years in the field.
Leroy has coordinated surveillance of individuals for both domestic and corporate situations.
Bio:
A retired Special Agent of the FBI, Leroy spent 27 years conducting investigations throughout the country. Specializing in organized crime and narcotics, Leroy spent the last several years as Special Agent in Charge of the Kenosha FBI Field Office.
Since his retirement, Leroy has conducted background investigations for the FBI and other Government Agencies as a contract employee.
Leroy is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and a member of the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators.

Tom assists clients with all aspects of their security needs. From developing contingency plans at their facilities for workplace violence situations and executive protection to target analysis for terrorist threats. Tom will use his 31 years of experience with the FBI to ensure your business success.
Bio:
While with the Bureau, Tom worked throughout the country on Domestic Terrorist matters, Drug Matters and White Collar and Organized Crime. The last several years with the FBI were devoted to coordinating State of Wisconsin and local agencies developing emergency plans to react to terrorist threats.
He planned for terrorist events for various counties in the State of Wisconsin: which included target analysis & appropriate response training for police agencies throughout the United States and overseas.
Tom taught numerous seminars, schools and courses to state, local and civilian groups throughout the United States and overseas in relationship to evidence collection, bomb crime scene and investigation, arson crime scene and investigation, terrorist investigations and bio/chemical and explosive materials as related to weapons of mass destruction.
In addition to his responsibilities at PIP, Tom has recently developed coursework and taught at Gateway Technical College, specifically Criminal Investigations for the Police Science Unit.
Tom has also conducted security surveys for Nuclear Power Plants in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Katie has worked in the legal field for eight years. She specializes in criminal defense investigations and service of process. Bio:
In 2008, Casey became one of three investigators in the State of Wisconsin to be certified in the area of criminal defense investigations. This designation is awarded to professional criminal defense investigators who have met the training and experience required to perform as an expert in the area of criminal defense investigations.
Casey has been licensed in Wisconsin since 2001 and is a member of the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators and the National Association of Professional Process Servers.
He was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators in April of 2009.
